If you encounter any technical issues or are unsatisfied with your purchase, our support team is ready to assist with a seamless return or exchange process.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate a Request
Contact our official support team via email with your order number and a detailed reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- 2.Package Your Device
Securely pack the 3D printer and all original accessories in the initial factory packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at an authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking number for verification.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, we will process your refund or dispatch a replacement unit within 5-7 business days.
